What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy allows customers that have paid for weekly or monthly licenses to request a refund as long as the request is submitted within 24 hours of payment delivery. Additionally, a refund may also be issued if you are unable to connect to your proxy and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a 24-hour period or if we are unable to deliver your requested proxy license and plan as requested.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We do offer bulk discounts. Please send an email to support@quantumhproxy.com for bulk pricing. We offer bulk discounts on monthly service.
Are there any restrictions on website access or limitations on creating accounts with your proxy service?Where are the proxies located?

Can I change the IP address of the mobile proxy?
You are able to change the IP address of a mobile proxy as many times as you like. There are large amounts of IP’s within the mobile proxy network throughout all the different locations.
What is the speed of the mobile proxies?
Speeds reach between 20-60Mbps.
How often can I change the IP address on mobile proxies?
IP addresses can be rotated as often as once per minute for as many times as you like.
How long does it take for mobile proxies to change their IP address?
Using Fast IP Reset will take around 4-10 seconds to completely change and allow you to start browsing on the new IP.
Are mobile proxies different from other types of proxy?
Yes. Mobile proxies are sourced from cellular carriers, utilizing IPs from the networks of each cellular tower. When you use mobile proxies, you receive an IP directly from a mobile carrier's IP pool, offering the highest IP reputation currently available among all proxy types.
